Application for designation of a Neighbourhood Area – Camelford Town Council
Camelford Town Council has applied to Cornwall Council to designate the parish of Camelford as a Neighbourhood Area, in accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012, with the intention to produce a Neighbourhood Development Plan.
If this designation is made, no alternative plan may be designated for that Neighbourhood Area until that designation expires or is withdrawn.
The Council is consulting residents and other interested stakeholders on the designation of this area. Consultation will run between 7th January and 18th February 2015. You can comment by emailing us at neighbourhoodplanning@cornwall.gov.uk or send us your response in writing to the address at the bottom of the page.
Copies of the applications, which includes a copy of the application letter with a map and a statement that explains how the Town/ Parish Council and area meet the conditions of Section 61G(2) of the Town and Country Planning Act (1990) amended by the Localism Act 2011 are available to download at www.cornwall.gov.uk
