Information on burials at Camelford Parish Cemetery

Camelford Parish Cemetery is a new graveyard – opened in April 2020.  The 8 acres of land were acquired in 2010. Since then, CTC have obtained planning permission to use part of the land as burial space.  Further woodland, specimen trees and an orchard have been planted, several bee hives are active. There is a parking are for 12 cars and a small storage building for maintenance equipment.

CTC is providing traditional burial and cremation plots, green burials, cremated remains placed with a tree in the woodland area.  It is intending to develop a garden of remembrance and a wild flower meadow.  It will provide a composting toilet and shelter in due course.

All enquiries and applications must be made through Camelford Town Council.  No burial can take place or cremated human remains scattered, without the permission of CTC.
