Cornwall Council’s public consultation has now finished. At CTC’s next meeting (21 January) it will be resolving to appoint an independent examiner. After this meeting, CTC will advise Cornwall Council of their preferred choice of examiner. The examiner is independent of CTC, has no interest in any land that may be affected by the draft plan, and has appropriate qualifications and experience.
