Camelford Town Council serves as the local governing body for the town of Camelford in North Cornwall. It is responsible for representing the interests of the community, managing local services, and maintaining public spaces. The council oversees various community initiatives and works to enhance the quality of life for residents.

The council’s offices are located in the Town Hall at Market Place along with the Camelford Library and Information Service, managed by the Town Council & supported by Cornwall Council. This facility provides library services and hosts various community events, serving as a hub for local residents.

All Council & related Committee meeting information - including minutes and agendas that can be viewed online along with upcoming meeting dates. Members of the community are most welcome to attend. 

The Town Council is a key consultee for planning applications in the Parish. Every application is discussed at a Town Council meeting and details of forthcoming applications can be on the relevant agenda.
