Local Planning Applications
The Town Council is a key consultee for planning applications in the Parish. Every application is discussed at a Town Council meeting and details of forthcoming applications can be on the relevant agenda. There is always a period of public participation at these meetings where residents can come along and give us their views.
The Council publishes all valid applications for viewing by Members of the Public. You can view the plans, accompanying documents and consultation responses.
In addition, you can also view representations from members of the public and Parish/Town/City Councils. Once an application has been decided you can view any Officer or Planning Board reports and a copy of the final decision notice.
You can search Cornwall Council's online planning register for Planning Applications, Appeals and Enforcement by keyword, application reference, postcode or by a single line of an address and / or register to comment on an application or request notifications on applications as they progress through the planning system.
